Several months ago, I found a mentor.  It’s been quite a while since we met to talk business, but we’ve got an appointment this morning.

It’s time to pull out the Caper Company business plan and cash flow projections and update them.  I’m seriously thinking of applying for a small business loan in order to make it all happen and that’s what they look at.  Arlene can help me here.  She’s a bank VP and reviews business loan applications for a living.  Handy.

I’ve gotten some great advice lately from very smart and caring friends.  I’ve taken it, too and it’s helped.  I suspect that the next step is to talk to a life coach.  In the meantime, I need to find my stuff and get ready to go.  Where’s that folder?

Update…  It was a great meeting.  But even greater is a new sense of clarity.  Some decisions, though hard to make, are a relief once made.
